HOW TO PREPARE YOUR SEA MOSS GEL

STEP 1: RINSE

STEP 2: SOAK
Place the sea moss in a clean bowl and cover it completely with fresh spring water. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 12–48 hours, allowing the sea moss to rehydrate.

STEP 3: RINSE AGAIN
After soaking, drain the water and rinse the rehydrated sea moss thoroughly with fresh spring water.

STEP 4: BLEND
Add the sea moss to a blender with fresh spring water. Start with approximately 1 cup of rehydrated sea moss to 1–2 cups of water, adjusting as needed to achieve your preferred consistency.

STEP 5: STORE
Transfer the blended sea moss gel into a clean, airtight container. Refrigerate promptly and use within a safe storage period. For the best quality, prepare smaller batches and freeze any excess if needed.

HOW TO USE

Start with 1 tablespoon daily, if appropriate for you. Sea moss gel can be added to:
